Important things to note

Identification

All clubs require a physical passport, no photocopies or photos on a cellphone. They’ve become very strict about this lately and will turn you away. Using a local drivers license is also hit or miss and not recommended.

transport

Taxis can be difficult if they don’t understand English but Uber is very good in Bangkok and you can set the destination very easily.
